When I started TalentFront in 2012, I had big plans to do something new in recruitment and talent acquisition. I had spent most of my early career in talent agencies, but when I started leading corporate recruiting from the inside, I had a light bulb moment. 

It was eye-opening seeing how dejected managers were about hiring. They were not equipped with the time, tools, and resources for handling the workload and as a result, ended up with zero results. 

I asked myself, “Is there a way to work swiftly like an agency for a company, but from the outside?” And then, TalentFront was born! I built my business around one goal: to create a company that organizations could entirely rely on and trust for their recruiting and talent acquisition needs. 

Like any entrepreneur, I was nervous about starting my business. Today, you see Talent Front as an established, growing organization. But that wasn’t always the case! 

We started with a handful of contractors, and when I realized the potential, both personally and professionally, that existed if I hired a full-time team, I went full speed ahead on growing my organization. Thanks to my team, we can focus on three main areas:
